Bob served in the US Navy for 2 years and has also owned and operated a tire retread shop. He attended the Spartan College of Aeronautics, maintains an A&P license with Inspection Authorization, and has a private pilot license. For 13 years, he worked at America West Airlines as a maintenance inspector in Phoenix, AZ before moving back to Michigan. Here, Bob set up, owned, and operated a Michigan log truck with several of his own design innovations including tri-drive, single frame, and light weight. His career has been dedicated to the trucking and aviation industry.
