In 1986, Jim graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in welding/industrial maintenance. He brings 35 years of experience in all aspects of industrial maintenance mechanics, earning many certifications along the way. While his job description at REL has changed as REL has evolved, he has enjoyed his roles in fabrication, casting, R&D, and anodizing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and tinkering with projects around his home.
