REL TAM Panel: REL is an approved Source Manufacturer as stated on the PRATT & WHITNEY FPI TEST PANEL TAM146040 REV R document, providing both the 146040-1 Mirror Chrome Plate Finish and TAM146040-2 Grit Blasted P&W TAM Panels. REL’s Testing and Monitoring (TAM) Panel uses a proprietary, non-clogging Nickel plating that is heat treated to exact tolerances to produce an environmentally friendly Hexavalent Chromium free product. Liquid Stylus LED UV-A Lamp, UV-2100DH, employs ergonomic elegance to solve the challenges of inspecting complex part geometries. This lightest compliant inspection lamp in the world, maximizes time on task while reducing operator fatigue and repetitive motion injuries in your inspection booth. The 10mm diameter, 2-meter long, liquid light guide produces a 4” diameter Beam Profile of greater than 1200 µW/cm2 at 15” from the part surface. The Liquid Stylus allows for the comfortable inspection of surface geometries with high depth-to-diameter ratios, with the dexterity and pinpoint accuracy of a surgeon’s scalpel.
