1. REL TAM Panels: REL, Inc. has added Pratt & Whitney TAM Panels to its line of World Class NDT Solutions. REL is an approved Source Manufacturer as stated on the PRATT & WHITNEY FPI TEST PANEL TAM146040 REV R document, providing both the 146040-1 Mirror Chrome Plate Finish and TAM146040-2 Grit Blasted P&W TAM Panels. REL’s Testing and Monitoring (TAM) Panel uses a proprietary, non-clogging Nickel plating that is heat treated to exact tolerances to produce an environmentally friendly Hexavalent Chromium free product. The Pratt & Whitney approved, REL TAM Panels, are in-stock and ready for immediate purchase and delivery.
2. Liquid Stylus (UV-2100DH): REL, Inc.’s Liquid Stylus LED UV-A Lamp employs ergonomic elegance to solve the challenges of inspecting complex part geometries. The Liquid Stylus, UV-2100DH, the lightest compliant inspection lamp in the world, maximizes time on task while reducing operator fatigue and repetitive motion injuries in your inspection booth. The 10mm diameter, 2-meter long, liquid light guide produces a 4” diameter Beam Profile of greater than 1000 µW/cm2 at 15” from the part surface. The Liquid Stylus allows for the comfortable inspection of surface geometries with high depth-to-diameter ratios, with the dexterity and pinpoint accuracy of a surgeon’s scalpel.
3. Nomad-DER (UV-7300): The new REL UV-A & White Light Meter, the Nomad-DER (Diode Emission Recorder), designed specifically for use with LED Emitters, is the next generation of light meters. The REL’s Nomad-DER contains an innovative and intuitive data recording application which will capture over 20,000 data entries. Powered by REL’s partnership with Milwaukee Tool, and the REDLITHIUM M18 Battery, the REL Nomad-DER Light Meter with its rugged, military grade, machined aluminum housing is designed to survive the toughest work environments on planet earth.
